How do I enroll?
As a Sesame Cash customer, you are already enrolled and eligible to participate in the Purchase Protection program.
Are there any fees?
There is no additional cost to participate in the Purchase Protection program.
How much can I get back?
If you find a lower price for an eligible purchase within 90 days of your original purchase, you may receive a refund for the difference—up to $250 per claim, 4 times a year.
How do I submit a claim?
Please visit www.mycardbenefits.com or call 1-800-Mastercard to open a claim. You must report the claim within sixty (60) days of the incident or the claim may not be honored. Hang onto your receipt, and a copy of the sale advertisement that shows the date of the advertisement, retailer name, product (advertisement must verify the same manufacturer and model number of item), shipping and handling charges if applicable, and any additional documents that may be requested.
