Mobile Device Protection lets you safeguard your mobile phone at no additional cost. Just pay your monthly mobile bill with your Sesame Cash account and you’ll get up to $500 a year to replace or repair your phone if it’s stolen or incurs certain types of damage.
How can I enroll?
When you use your Sesame Cash card to pay for your eligible mobile bill, you are automatically covered each month.
Are there any fees?
There is no additional cost to enroll into Mobile Device Protection. Please keep in mind, there is a deductible charge for each claim.
How much is my deductible?
Each claim is subject to a $50.00 deductible. Customers can claim up to $250 per incident, up to two (2) times per year.
How do I submit a claim?
Please visit www.mycardbenefits.com or call 1-800-Mastercard to open a claim. You must report the claim within ninety (90) days of the damage or loss, or the claim may not be honored.
