To action a Bill Payment, please ensure you are logged into the Credit Sesame mobile app.
- Log into account via app
- Click on the "Cash $" button which can be found within the menu bar; bottom center of the page.
- Click on Settings in the top right hand corner
- Within settings, scroll to "Pay a Bill" or "Bill Payment"
The wording will vary depending on the version of your app
- Locate the drop down bar for the supported Payees
If the payee you are looking for is not listed within the drop down options, the payee may not accept bill payments from pre-paid cards. To confirm this information, please contact the payee directly and provide them with your Sesame Cash account and routing information or card number for the payment to be processed.
- Once the payee has been chosen, you will be provided with the option to enter in the account details in which you are trying to pay (i.e. account number, merchant name, etc.)
- Enter in all required information and confirm, your bill payment is done!
Please note your bill payment will be received and processed by the payee within 1-3 business days.
